10-12 Cave Street are a pair of Listed Georgian office buildings offer a number of options for their refurbishment in one of Bristol’s most eclectic locations – St Pauls. Our intent is to create a beautiful office building and the specification can be amended to suit the occupier.
The Brief
This pair of Georgian terraced Grade 2 listed buildings dates back to the early 19th century. The renovation of this building, which for several decades has been commercial office space, aims to return these historic buildings to their former glory, which will include high specification office fit out, generous interiors, and the restoration of a stunning Georgian façade.
Recent improvements to the area, including a boutique hotel, conversion of various derelict former industrial spaces into residential accommodation, and our very own purpose-built student accommodation at Dean Street, to the rear of these buildings makes this area not only a new vibrant community but a new destination.
Our Approach
The development is on the doorstep of Portland Square, reputed to be Bristol’s most complete 18th Century Square, and lies within the Portland & Brunswick Square Conservation Area. This blend of historical style and superb location makes St Paul’s one of Bristol’s most popular places to live. Cabot Circus with its entertainment and retail opportunities is just a 5-minute stroll away. The development has excellent transport links. The bus and train stations are close by, as well as the M32 linking the city with the main motorway network.
